By creating an account or using Foxz Suite, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Foxz Suite

Foxz Suite is a software platform designed to help salons, spas, wellness centers, and similar businesses manage their operations.

Depending on the subscription plan, features may include:

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

Provide accurate information Keep your account information updated Keep your login credentials secure Not share your credentials in an unauthorized manner Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Foxz Suite may offer monthly and annual subscription plans.

The available plans, prices, features, and limitations are displayed on our website or within the application.

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans or pricing, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees must be paid using an available payment method.

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the advertised subscription price.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Unless otherwise stated, annual subscriptions do not automatically create a right to a refund for unused time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available through Foxz Suite.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in our refund policy, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.

7. Free Trial

Foxz Suite may offer a free trial or promotional access period.

We may change or discontinue trial offers at any time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a free trial does not guarantee continued free access after the applicable trial period.

8. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business and customer information that you submit to Foxz Suite.

You grant Foxz Suite the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that information to provide the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide such information to Foxz Suite.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Foxz Suite to:

Break any applicable law Commit fraud Send spam Send unauthorized marketing messages Abuse communication services Attempt unauthorized access Interfere with the service Upload malware Reverse engineer the software except where legally permitted Copy or reproduce the platform without authorization Circumvent subscription limitations Abuse or harass other users Store unlawful content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

10. WhatsApp and Messaging

Where WhatsApp functionality is provided, your use is also subject to applicable WhatsApp/Meta terms and policies.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer permission before sending communications where required.

Foxz Suite is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, template rejection, delivery failures, or other actions imposed by third-party messaging platforms.

11. Third-Party Services

Foxz Suite may integrate with third-party services.

Examples may include:

Payment gateways WhatsApp/Meta Cloud services Email providers SMS providers Analytics services

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

Foxz Suite does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability or performance.

12. Intellectual Property

Foxz Suite and its licensors retain all rights in:

Software Website Source code User interface Design Branding Logos Documentation Features Content created by Foxz Suite

Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure services.

However, Foxz Suite may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Maintenance Updates Technical problems Internet failures Third-party service outages Security incidents Events outside our reasonable control

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate records of your business information.

Foxz Suite may maintain backups as part of its infrastructure, but you should not rely on Foxz Suite as your sole backup system unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

15. Account Suspension

We may temporarily suspend an account if necessary to:

Protect the platform Investigate security issues Prevent fraud Address non-payment Address violations of these Terms Comply with legal requirements

Where reasonably possible, we will provide appropriate notice.

16. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the applicable subscription terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Foxz Suite may end.

Where applicable, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to export available business data before permanent deletion.

17. Disclaimer

Foxz Suite is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

The service will meet every business requirement The service will always be available Every feature will operate without errors Third-party integrations will always function Communications will always be delivered Business results or revenue will increase through use of the platform 18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foxz Suite will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Any specific limitation of liability should be reviewed and finalized based on the legal entity operating Foxz Suite and applicable Indian law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Foxz Suite and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the service Your violation of these Terms Your violation of applicable law Your violation of third-party rights Information submitted by you without appropriate authorisation 20. Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of Foxz Suite after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
